About the Project
The HUB Virtual Model project aims to create an interactive 3D representation of the interior of the University of Washington's Husky Union Building (HUB). Using a 360-degree, street-view-style interface, users will be able to virtually explore the building and navigate its interior.
The model will include useful information about rooms, accessibility, and campus resources, helping students and visitors better understand and navigate the space before arriving in person.
In partnership with the HUB, students will gain hands-on experience in 3D modeling and photogrammetry while exploring how interactive digital environments can improve accessibility and the campus experience.
